CRM Transformation & Change Advisor | Project Delivery, User Adoption and Business Results

I help business owners and leadership teams get complex CRM and digital transformation initiatives under control. My experience is most useful when technology, processes and people need to move together: a programme is losing momentum, stakeholders are not aligned, users are struggling to adopt new ways of working, or the organisation needs experienced leadership to turn strategy into execution. I combine project delivery, change management, CRM expertise and user adoption. I work alongside lea

About
About Michael
I am a CRM and business transformation advisor with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations improve customer-facing processes, deliver technology-enabled change and turn new systems into practical ways of working. My experience covers project delivery, change management, business readiness, process design, training, user adoption and CRM governance. I have worked with growing businesses and complex international enterprises. My engagements have included establishing a CRM Center of Excellence supporting multiple agile teams, guiding large-scale Sales and Service implementations, designing adoption and enablement programmes, and improving support, knowledge and governance across the lead-to-cash process. My background in accountancy and business management also helps me connect transformation decisions to their commercial, operational and financial consequences. I usually work at the intersection of leadership, business teams, users and technology specialists. I combine structured analysis with hands-on execution: asking direct questions, making priorities and responsibilities visible, and translating strategy into workable roadmaps, governance, communications, training and next steps. Depending on the situation, I can work as an advisor, lead a defined workstream or provide interim project and change leadership. I aim to leave the organisation with clearer ownership, stronger internal capability and changes that continue to deliver value after the engagement ends.

An example of the work
Global technology company I recently supported a global technology company during a complex Salesforce transformation. The organisation was standardising its lead-to-cash processes while teams, responsibilities and ways of working were still changing. I was brought in to strengthen user enablement and create more structure around recurring support issues. I worked across business users, Salesforce specialists, RevOps, Finance and support teams. I clarified support workflows and analysed recurring requests to identify technical defects from process, data, ownership and knowledge issues. National postal and logistics organisation I helped establish and organise a Salesforce Center of Excellence supporting nine agile teams and approximately 140 people. The challenge was to coordinate continuous platform development across multiple teams while improving governance, compliance and alignment between the business, architects, delivery teams and external partners. I helped create the operating structure, shared standards and priorities, and supported knowledge sharing and continuous platform improvement. This created clearer governance and collaboration across the Salesforce landscape and provided a stronger foundation for more controlled development, better decision-making and improved customer-facing processes.
