I've spent 20+ years inside technology waves: classifieds, mobile apps, e-commerce, APIs and composable commerce, data, and now AI and agents. The technology keeps changing. The business logic does not. I learned that as an entrepreneur. VintoVino got traction and grew quickly, but the economics were not strong enough. We put the ego aside and asked what we were actually good at. It was not wine. We were good at understanding customer journeys, finding where conversion broke, and translating that into technology that worked. That became DevGap. Since then I've worked across custom apps, Magento, photo editors and APIs, international commerce, composable architecture and data systems. I later brought that experience into Deloitte Belgium, across digital commerce and the Fast50 scale-up ecosystem. Today I help founders when the problem sits between growth, product, technology and execution: growth without improving economics, product, GTM and tech pulling apart, a technical blocker on the commercial roadmap, delivery that needs to scale without doubling the team, or AI hype nobody can tie to the P&L. How I work: get to the real signal fast, cut what doesn't work, build what actually moves the business. I can sit with a CEO on unit economics and customer strategy, then with engineers on APIs, data models, architecture or agent orchestration. I don't need to be the deepest specialist in every room, just to know when we need one and bring them in. My teams now work forward-deployed and AI-first: agentic coding and orchestration by default, humans accountable for architecture, validation and the result. AI is the current wave. The P&L is still the scoreboard. I plug in for a specific problem, as an advisor or board member, or in a fractional executive role.

Situation: GIMBER, a fast-growing beverage brand, had scaled through founder-led hustle but had no single owner of growth, and monthly recurring revenue had started to plateau. What I was brought in to do: join as Head of Growth, build the function from scratch, and turn a set of scattered marketing efforts into one coherent growth engine. What I did: audited the full funnel end to end instead of accepting the assumption that the fix was more marketing spend. Found the handful of levers actually constraining growth, built and led a team of seven around them, and cut activity that had no clear line to revenue. What changed: MRR grew 168% in six months, and the growth function moved from ad hoc campaigns to a repeatable, owned system the business could keep running after I moved on
